Everything I do as a consultant, be it a single or turnkey advice, or planning & designing areas and equipment, I think as an entrepreneur being a successful one myself. This helps my clients to save cost, assures delivery, and ensures profitability in long run. I am not swayed by any other consideration than what is profitable and what is not profitable to my client.

2. Practical knowledge about a diverse range of business like restaurants, hotels, Clubs, outdoor caterings, and hospitals

I have worked with quality niche as well as average middle class clientele. Along with this, I have also managed establishments of small and medium capacity to catering 5000 persons continuously for five days and four meals a day at outdoor location. Add to that the experience of managing specialised food service like catering to hospitals and also specialised customers profile like club members who are part owners. All this experiences has exposed me to immense experience in customer behaviour, requirements, and perspectives of such clientele.
